we are also committed to maintaining the security,

The MOOLA Platform hereby provides a range of tools and
services to complete the financial operations of companies
including expense management, issuance of business cards,
automation of accounting processes, expenditure control, and
preparation of financial reports, along with any rules or
service usage policies that may be published from time to time
by us.
This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and share
your data and how to protect privacy when using the MOOLA
Platform.

users’ clients, users’ personal information,

the User's knowledge or due to the User's
negligence, the User shall bear sole legal liability for all
consequences arising therefrom, and MOOLA Tech for Business
Solutions L.L.C shall be fully discharged of any
responsibility in connection with such violation.

accounts and conducting the necessary financial

The Client shall agree to use its data and information to
improve the service provided for measurement, development,
advertising, and analysis, application of new features and

Platform may be shared with third parties, including the
necessary governmental, security and judicial authorities
and MOOLA Platform affiliates and regulators, Subject to the
provisions of banking secrecy, financial and banking data
are shared only with the hosting bank and the competent

regulations.

When using MOOLA services, the Client shall be subject to
any published guidelines or rules applicable to these
Services which may be published from time to time.

surveillance). However, with all the protection measures and
efforts to protect your information, the security of
electronic transmission of information via the Internet or
information storage technology cannot be fully assured.
Accordingly, we disclaim any liability for any breach that
may occur by hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized
persons to penetrate our security system, collect, access,
steal or modify your information unauthorizedly, Unless it
is proven that the breach resulted from a direct technical
malfunction or gross negligence in the security measures of
the Mola platform, as stipulated in the Terms and Conditions
Agreement.

countries. Please note that if you have access to our
website/mobile apps, we can transfer, store and process your
information in our facilities either through us or by any

The role of the MOOLA Platform shall be limited when any
suspicious access or use or any notification from the user
or security authorities is immediately monitored by
discontinuing the reported or suspicious account.

The user is committed to informing the MOOLA Platform of any
suspicious hacks or operations that have come into his
account immediately.

Services shall be available only to persons who are fully
eligible by the approved legal regulations.

The MOOLA Platform shall disclaim any legal liability for
the user enabling people who are not legally or formally
qualified to act and benefit from the platform’s
services. It shall have the right to claim any compensation
for any damages resulting therefrom.

The user can access, correct and delete his data through his
user account on the platform and can also unsubscribe from
receiving marketing through the link in the marketing emails
that we send to you.

The User shall be responsible for maintaining the security
of the Client Account, passwords, files and all uses of the
Client Account and Services for Customer's Users.

MOOLA shall have the right to refuse registration or cancel
accounts that it deems inappropriate and to remove any
inappropriate content without having to explain the reasons
for removal or rejection.

The User shall not have the right to perform reverse
engineering, cancel translation, dismantle, or otherwise
attempt to discover the source code, object code, underlying
structure, ideas or algorithms embedded in the Services, or
any software, documentation or data related to the MOOLA
Platform.

The user shall confirm, agree and ensure that he will only
use the Services by MOOLA’s Privacy Policies and Terms
and Conditions Policy.

The user shall agree to receive any communications related
to the Services provided to him by MOOLA. The user shall
also undertake that he will not participate in sending spam
e-mails.

User may not use the Services to purchase: controlled
substances; illicit and prohibited drugs; weapons; pirate
materials and instructions on making, assembling, or
obtaining illegal goods or weapons to attack others; or
support or finance any terrorist or opposition groups,
information used to infringe copyright or violate any
materials protected under the intellectual property
protection system or other users' information; purchase
or access any pornography, nudity, sexual products, immoral
programs or services; or other related services.

If any breach of this policy is established by the Moola
Platform's management and results in unlawful use, the
Moola Platform shall have the right to resort to the
security authorities to report all of this and to provide
them with the full data necessary to substantiate the
incident. The Platform shall also have the right to claim
compensation for any damages arising therefrom.

The information shall be reasonably sufficient to permit us
to contact the person giving the notice, such as address,
telephone, and contactable email address.

Any dispute arising out of this Agreement or as a result of
a breach of any of its provisions shall be subject to
jurisdiction in Syria.

As a Moola Platform, we may update this Privacy Policy from
time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting
the amended Policy on our website.

We retain your information for the period necessary to
achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy unless
the system requires or allows a longer retention period,
This excludes banking data and information obtained from the
hosting bank, as the platform is committed to deleting it
completely within (10) working days from the date of account
cancellation or termination of the contractual
